Parboil the Sausage: Poke a couple of holes (just enough to break the outer skin a bit) into each sausage. Bring a medium sized pot of water to a boil and add the sausage. Let the sausage boil for about 5 minutes until they are pink inside but not cooked through. Place the pot and sausage in the sink and run cold water over it until it is not too hot to handle.

Cut and Pan Fry the Sausage: Place the pot and sausage in the sink and run cold water over it until it is not too hot to handle. Cut the sausage into 3/4-1" thick pieces. In a large frying pan, cook the sausage over medium heat until cooked through and there is no longer any pink. Remove the cooked sausage from the pan and set aside.
Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook the pasta according to their instructions. When the pasta is done, drain it and set it aside.

Cook the Veggies: While the pasta is cooking, start on the vegetables. In the same pan that the sausage was cooked in, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add the onions and peppers and sauté until the onions are translucent and the peppers are tender. Add in the garlic and cook until fragrant. Add the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper and continue cooking for another minute.
1 large red bell pepper, 1 large green bell pepper, 6 garlic cloves, 1 large yellow onion, 4 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp garlic powder, 1 tbsp onion powder, salt and pepper to taste
Assemble: Add the cooked sausage back to the pan with the veggies and mix. Next add in the pasta and mix again until the sausage and veggies are evenly distributed throughout. Drizzle 2 tablespoons of olive oil over the pasta and stir it in. You can add more or less olive oil based on your preference.
Plate and Enjoy: Add salt and pepper to taste. Top with some grated parmesan and enjoy!
